Review: The Poet X by Elizabeth Acevedo (Spoiler-Free)

3.5 stars! I don’t have all that much to say, as I read this book in one day. It’s quite short because it’s written in verse, and I overall enjoyed it, but I don’t think it will be something I ever think about again. I really wish the author included the slam poetry in the book because that’s the main reason I picked it up!
